About Us

Mission

The mission of CASALBA Education Consultants, Inc (CECI), is to partner with parochial schools in the joint purpose of helping them grow and become successful. We begin this task by collaborating with teachers, administrators, and Conference educational leaders to help schools reach their highest potential.

About CECI

CASALBA Education Consultants, Inc is professional organization of Christian educators, committed to engaging with parochial schools in promoting and fostering excellence in Christian education. Our program outline uses Beginning of Year conference-wide colloquium, seminars, and teacher workshops, to set goals for each ensuing academic year. We coordinate with school administrators to address and assess Middle of Year student achievement gains, staff related goals, and school-wide educational challenges. We use End of Year data: standardized test scores and teacher assessments, to evaluate student progress, and to shape a school’s five-year strategic plan.

We conduct beginning of year colloquia for individual schools and school clusters, engaging all staff towards excellence in student academic achievement. Additionally, we encourage school clusters, and Christian schools within a geographical area to participate in joint beginning of year, and end of year teacher institutes, workshops, and seminars, for all teachers and school administrators.

Collaborative Learning

Collaborative learning is a cornerstone of effective professional development in ELA. Facilitators create opportunities for educators to engage in meaningful discussions, share experiences, and exchange ideas. Through group activities, educators explore how collaborative strategies – such as literature circles, peer editing, and group projects – can enhance students’ understanding and appreciation of English language arts. By fostering a collaborative environment during PD seminars, educators are more likely to transfer this approach to their classrooms, enriching students’ learning experiences.

Hands-on Workshops

Hands-on workshops provide educators with practical and immersive experiences that mirror real classroom situations. During ELA professional development, these workshops involve educators in interactive activities that require them to plan and execute lessons, analyze student work, and make instructional decisions. This approach empowers educators to apply new strategies and techniques directly, enabling them to gain confidence in their ELA instruction and refine their teaching practices based on firsthand experience.

School Accreditation

The staff at CASALBA Education Consultants, Inc has jointly amassed more than one hundred (100) years of experience in preparing parochial and public schools for accreditation. Our professionals are committed to positioning schools to continually set achievable goals and conduct self-evaluations. This process of accountability makes accreditation an ongoing process and not a singular quinquennial event.

Through its strategic partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and renowned experts in the field of education, CASALBA is able to deliver high-quality, research-based content that is at the forefront of educational innovation. By bridging the gap between theory and practice, CECI enables educators to seamlessly integrate evidence-based strategies into their classrooms, leading to enhanced student engagement, improved learning outcomes, and a culture of continuous improvement.
