Dr. Glenn B. Cassimy
Executive Director
Dr. Cassimy is a seasoned education professional with a diverse background in Educational Leadership. His experiences include Superintendent of Education for the Lake Region Conference. Additionally, He has served as School Principal of Northeastern Conference, Kansas City Kansas Public Schools, the Rockford, IL Public Schools, and Assistant Principal of the New York Public Schools. He is also the founder and Director of Innovative Business and Educational Initiative.
As an administrator at these institutions, he has emphasized the importance of recruiting the best teachers and providing them with ongoing professional development training that will ensure the success of all students.

Dr. Sylvan Lashley
Director of Operations
Dr. Lashley is currently the senior pastor of Cedartown SDA Church of the Georgia-Cumberland Conference. Previously, he served as president of Atlantic Union College, the University of the Southern Caribbean, and Northern Caribbean University. He has served as Superintendent of Schools (Northeastern Conference), and high school principal (South Atlantic Conference). He has also been a member of the Strategic Planning Committee of the General Conference of SDA.
Teaching Experience: At the University of Phoenix, Andrews University, Northeastern University, Northern Caribbean University, the University of the Virgin Islands, and the University of the Southern Caribbean, Dr. Lashley taught Education Law, K-12 Leadership, Finance, Enrollment Management, and Special Education Law.

Jennifer Bolejack Ortiz
Director: Curriculum & instruction
Ms. Ortiz is a staff developer and professional development instructor at CASALBA Education Consultants, Inc. She has been a former school principal of the Lake Region Conference and a seasoned educator for 20 years. Having taught in the classrooms of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Orlando, Florida, Ms. Ortiz’s instructional journey is marked by excellence in classroom management and instructional planning and delivery. With her passion for Music Education and a focus on piano skills and vocal development, she brings a rich blend of expertise and pedological creativity into her classroom.

Dr. Andrea Baldwin
Instruction
Andrea Baldwin, MBA, Ph. D., is a professor of Management and Marketing in the Business Department at Washington Adventist University (WAU). She has been an educator for over twenty (20 years. She is the founding chair of the WAU Faculty Research Committee (2022). In previous administrative roles, she served as chair of the Business Department (WAU), 2016-2022, and as a dean of the College of Business and Hospitality Management at Northern Caribbean University (NCU).
Her multidisciplinary studies cover the fields of Management/Business Administration and Curriculum and Instruction. She has presented at least fifty-three (53) scholarly papers at local and international conferences and published several peer-reviewed articles.

Valerie Cipollina
Instruction
Ms. Cipollina is a Special Education Provider and Guidance Counselor (NYC Public Schools K-12). She collaborates with school team members to build capacity by developing their teaching instructional strategies. She promotes systemic changes by identifying policies and procedures that support staff in implementing evidence-based practices effectively.
Ms. Cipollina provides professional development for school administrators, special education teachers, and general education staff, in the areas of Explicit Instruction and Specially Designed Instruction. She specializes in analyzing school data and designing well-crafted lesson plans for all students, and specifically for students with disabilities.

Dr. Barbara Davis
Instruction
Dr. Barbara Eleanor Davis has dedicated over 25 years to the field of education, showcasing exemplary leadership and instructional prowess across various roles. With a Doctor of Education degree from Capella University and extensive experience, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to enhancing educational practices. Notably, Dr. Davis has served as an Instructional Coach at FACTS Education Solutions since October 2023, where she plays a pivotal role in improving instructional practices and fostering professional development among educators. Her hands-on approach includes observing classes, providing constructive feedback, and conducting one-on-one coaching sessions to empower teachers and elevate student learning outcomes.
